Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible and use it only to do the job you asked about.

What we collect

If you email us or send feedback through this site, we get the details you type in: your name, contact details and your message. Calling us gives us your number the same way any phone call does.

How we use it

We use your details to reply, quote and organise the work. We do not sell them, rent them or pass them to anyone outside the business except where the job needs it, such as a freight partner delivering your load.

Where it lives

Feedback sent through the private form is delivered to us by StaticForms, an email relay service. Standard hosting logs, such as pages visited, are kept by our hosting provider and are not tied to your identity by us.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. One phone call sorts it.
