Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this website. They are the plain-English version, and they apply from the moment you load a page.

What this site is for

This website gives general information about Harris Contracting 2023 Limited and the services we offer around Mid Canterbury and the South Island. Nothing on it forms a quote or a contract. Pricing, availability and timing get confirmed when you talk to us directly.

Bookings and quotes

Any work we agree to do for you is arranged by phone or email and covered by the terms we agree at that time. Season timing depends on weather and crop condition, so dates discussed early in the season are estimates.

Liability

We keep the information here accurate as best we can, but we do not guarantee it is complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions made from it alone. Ring us and we will give you the current picture.
